Why Tomball?
After growing up in Tomball, returning to serve in the district felt like coming home.
“I enjoyed growing up in Tomball and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I wanted my children to experience the same love for their school and community that I did.”
That connection to Tomball ISD has continued throughout her career and across generations of her family.
One word to describe Tomball ISD: Exceptional
Beyond the Classroom
When she's not working, she loves being outdoors. Her favorite adventures include reading a book on the beach, snow skiing, kayaking and hiking.
And there's still plenty of adventure on her bucket list: snow skiing in Austria or Switzerland.
If she weren't working in education, she knows she would still want to help kids—perhaps as a social worker.
From growing up in Tomball schools to spending 26 years serving the district she once called home — her journey is a true example of what Student2Staff is all about!
