Bond 2013
Tomball ISD voters approved a $160 million school bond referendum on May 11, 2013. Bond 2013 provided new district facilities, renovations at existing campuses, new technology, and additional school buses to accommodate future enrollment.

Other projects included field turf at the District Athletic Stadium and the competition field at Tomball Memorial High School. In addition, the track at the District Athletic Stadium was renovated. New weight rooms were constructed at Tomball and Willow Wood Junior High Schools. Also, bus and staff parking was added to the Transportation Facility with additional space to accommodate drivers.
Renovation and reconstruction projects were completed at various campuses. Lakewood and Decker Prairie Elementary Schools received renovations to the front administration area and the cafeteria/kitchen. Timber Creek and Creekside Forest Elementary Schools received minor renovations to accommodate the new K-5 grade configuration for the elementary schools in The Woodlands. Security vestibules were also added at campuses that did not already have them in place.
