Dr. Rylan Holub is a proud product of Tomball ISD, and has made the most out of his busy high school years. He now credits the opportunities he had during that time, to being fulfilled and doing what he loves, which is now helping others achieve a better quality of life as a chiropractor.

A 2017 graduate of Tomball High School, Dr. Holub is the lead chiropractor and owner of Elite Family Chiropractic in the Gleannloch/Spring area. A lifelong native of Tomball, Dr. Holub attended Rosehill Elementary, Tomball Intermediate, Tomball Junior High, and THS. Born and raised in this community, Dr. Holub was extremely active in school, participating in HOSA, Student Council, and FFA, during his four-year high school career.

“I thoroughly enjoyed getting to participate in so many different areas while getting to learn from the wonderful teachers at THS,” Dr. Holub said. “I believe the wonderful experiences I had set the groundwork for where I am today.”

In addition to numerous clubs and organizations, Dr. Holub spent time as a student athletic trainer. This experience provided him with lasting memories that unintentionally foreshadowed his career as a chiropractor.

“There are many favorite memories that I have from being a student in TISD but one of my favorite experiences was being able to provide care to the student-athletes under the stadium lights every Friday night during the football games,” he recalls. “This allowed me the opportunity to work with our school athletic trainers (Doc Graham, Krystal Zwerneman, Melissa Quigley) as well as a multitude of other medical staff there to care for our athletes.”

For Dr. Holub, helping others was something he enjoyed, but being a chiropractor wasn’t necessarily on his mind as a career choice until he began experiencing lower back pain in high school.

“I had many bouts of low back pain that was debilitating to me, affecting my quality of life and not allowing me to do what I loved to do in and out of school,” Dr. Holub said.

He found a chiropractor in the Tomball area, and everything began to fall into place.

“I began seeing a chiropractor and discovered that I could provide healthcare to all kinds of people, ranging from athletes to everyday individuals by holistic methods,” he recalls.

Dr. Holub left Tomball High School confident, prepared, and eager to begin his next journey at Parker University.

“TISD prepared me for life after high school by the various extracurricular programs available to students,” he said. “Participating in so many different areas helped shape me into an adult who could accept responsibility, think critically, and speak professionally with individuals throughout my adult life and schooling.”

While at Parker University, Dr. Holub obtained his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy in 2021. To further expand his knowledge and skills, he completed a rigorous 220-hour Animal Chiropractic Program through Parker University in 2022, allowing him to offer specialized care for animals as well. In April 2023, he graduated Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Following graduation, Dr. Holub returned to the Tomball area to open Elite Family Chiropractic in June 2023.

“I moved home because I knew I wanted to be able to provide the love and health care to the community that helped me achieve what I have thus far,” he said.

In addition to his practice, he also opened Elite Animal Chiropractic as a mobile animal chiropractic service to clients in the greater Houston area.

Not familiar with animal chiropractic until chiropractic school, Dr. Holub felt a special connection to animals through his time in FFA, and knew it was a much-needed service in the area.

“Being in FFA and around animals all my life, I knew this would be a technique and service that I could offer clients ranging from FFA participants to Rodeo competitors, and everyone in between.”

Dr. Holub’s connection to the Tomball community continues to remain strong, and for him, it is all about devoting care to his hometown.

“I have helped FFA students with their animals through the use of Animal Chiropractic and we have reached out to the school district to inform all school employees and teachers that we offer a 10% discount off of our services to thank them for all they have done for us as we would not be here without them,” Dr. Holub mentions.

By maximizing his opportunities through growing and learning, Dr. Holub exemplifies Tomball ISD’s vision of ‘...students will lead in creating the future.’

“At Elite Family Chiropractic, we believe in giving every single patient the time and attention that you deserve and pay for,” he said. “It is our mission that high quality care should be affordable care. I, Dr. Rylan Holub, am devoted to providing the care that my hometown deserves and that was given to me. Each patient I see leaves with a smile and feeling better, which is payment every day that I chose the right career and job for me.”
