The Records Management Department of Tomball ISD serves the district by compiling information from all TISD locations to prepare and transfer records to the TISD storage facility for storage or disposal. While maintaining TISD records, the staff researches and retrieves records for departments, schools and the public as needed.  
High School students requesting a transcript need to contact the high school registrar's office to retrieve this information.
Tomball ISD follows the Texas State Library and Archives Commission for Records Management.
