My name is Viviana Haynes and I was born in Houston, Texas. I come from a very loving and supportive background. This includes my loving family and supportive husband. I have two dogs who are very dear to my heart, and I consider them to be part of the family as well.
I attended the University of Houston, where I graduated in December 2014 with a Major in Teaching and Learning and a focus on bilingual education. I have had experience teaching bilingual kindergarten as well as fourth and fifth grade. This was an amazing experience in my journey in education that gave me the opportunity to work with students who were eager to learn, as well as going through the process of second language acquisition.
In continuing my adventure in the field of education, I decided to go back to school and earn my Master’s Degree. I graduated with my Masters in Special Education with a license as a Bilingual Educational Diagnostician from Sam Houston State University in May 2018. I am absolutely enjoying my current position as a bilingual diagnostician at DPES and WES, and serving students and families in the Tomball Independent School District.
