The online enrollment site will be available Tuesday, July 5th through Friday, August 5th.
All employees are required to accept or decline all benefits each plan year.
TRS ActiveCare Medical Premiums for the 2022-23 plan year are posted in the Benefits Book below.
Rates include an increase in the TISD contribution from $300.00 to $325.00 per month.
All medical plans and tiers reflect lower premiums beginning September 1, 2022.
All other plan provisions and premiums remain the same.
In-Person Assistance to be held from
8:00am - 4:00pm at the Tomball Event Center, 20235 Cypress Rosehill Rd.
On the following dates in JULY ONLY:
Mon. 7/11, Wed. 7/13, Thurs. 7/14, Mon. 7/18, Tues, 7/19 and Thurs. 7/21

All new Employees are required to go to the online enrollment site to elect  or decline each Benefit offered by Tomball ISD.  You have 31 days from  your first day of work to make your elections.  If your online enrollment is not completed within 31 days of your start date, you will receive the Basic Life insurance benefit only, equal to one times your annual salary. 
Information regarding Benefits offered is included in the Overview Guide below.  Premiums shown in the booklet are monthly premiums.  However, premiums  shown in the online enrollment site are per check, not monthly.  You may also click the links shown in the red box on the right for additional information.
NOTE:  See below for information on Mid-Year plan changes.

LOGIN:  Employee ID number or SSN (without dashes) 
PIN:       Last 4 digits of SSN + last 2 digits of birth year.  
                                              MID-YEAR PLAN CHANGES
Changes in your Benefit elections cannot be made in the middle of the plan year, unless you have an IRS approved qualifying life event.  These include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, and termination or commencement of a new job by your spouse.  If any of these apply, please complete the Change in Status Election form and the TRS Enrollment and Change form if you plan to enroll in the TRS ActiveCare medical plan.  If you do not plan to enroll in the medical plan, only the Change in Status form
is required. 
Forms must be completed and submitted to the Benefits office within 31 days of the qualifying life event.  If not received within 31 days, your next opportunity to make changes will be during the next open enrollment period.
