Verification of Enrollment

TISD General VOE: It is available to all grade level students. It is a TISD generated local verification of enrollment form.

* The TISD General VOE may not be accepted by the Texas DMV office.

DPS VOE: DPS required VOE form for high school students. You will be able to download the VOE form after the campus approval. You will receive an email when your request is approved/denied by the campus.

* DPS VOE requests can only be requested through the HAC parent/guardian account.

The VOE link will take the parent/guardian to the VOE request page.

TISD General VOE tab will be available for all students
DPS VOE tab will only be available for high school students (9-12). The parent/guardian will be able to download DPS VOE form after the campus’s approval. * Any VOE issued during the school year (traditional, year round, etc.) expires 30 days after issuance. Any VOE issued the last 5 days of the school year will expire the first day of the following school year.

* During the first 10 days of the school year, the VOE page will not be available.
