Help Tomball ISD Prepare for the Upcoming School Year
Tomball ISD families are asked to complete a brief questionnaire in Home Access Center for each currently enrolled student. The questionnaire helps campuses prepare schedules, staffing, resources, and student records for the upcoming school year.
Questionnaire Window
The questionnaire will be open May 1 through May 20. A parent or guardian HAC account must be used to complete the questionnaire. A student ID login will not work.
Steps for Completing the Questionnaire
Step 1
Log in to Parent or Guardian Home Access Center
Log in to Home Access Center, HAC, using your parent or guardian account. For login assistance, contact your campus front office.
Step 2
Open the Returning to TISD Form
Once inside Parent or Guardian Home Access Center, select the TISD menu icon. Then select the Returning to TISD icon from the menu bar.
Step 3
Complete the Questionnaire for Each Student
Follow the prompts to complete and submit the questionnaire. This process must be completed for each student currently enrolled in Tomball ISD.
Why This Matters
Your response helps Tomball ISD create student schedules, plan staffing, order resources, and prepare records when a student will transfer outside of Tomball ISD.
