Student Questionnaire

Tomball ISD Families – As we near the end of this exceptional school year, it's time to start planning for the next school year. While our counselors have already been working on course selections and programs, we kindly ask you to log in to the Home Access Center (HAC) and complete a brief questionnaire for your student(s) for the upcoming school year. The questionnaire will be open May 1st through May 20th.

This step is crucial for Tomball ISD to effectively create schedules, make staffing decisions, and order necessary resources. Additionally, it helps us prepare your student(s)' records for transfer to another school outside of Tomball ISD.

Steps for Completing the Questionnaire

1. Log in to Parent/Guardian Home Access Center (HAC). Reminder: Please use your parent HAC account to log in to HAC, your child's student ID will not work. For assistance with HAC login, please contact your school's front office, and they will be able to assist.

 

2. Once inside Parent/Guardian Home Access Center (HAC), click on the TIDS Menu icon and then navigate to the Returning to TISD icon located in the menu bar. 

 

3. Follow the prompts to complete the questionnaire. Steps 2-3 will need to be completed for each student currently enrolled in Tomball ISD.
