Equitable and Private School Services

Under several programs included in the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), school districts are required to provide services for eligible private school students and teachers. Tomball ISD provides equitable services under the following federal programs:

 

Title I, Part A - Improving Basic Programs

Title II, Part A - Teacher Training and Recruiting

Title III, Part A LEP & Immigrant - English Language Acquisition

Title IV, Part A - Student Support and Academic Enrichment

 

Note:

* For Title I, Part A ONLY: May be located either inside or outside of the district’s attendance-zone boundaries and have students enrolled who are currently zoned to TISD school.
* For other federal programs: Must be located within the attendance-zone boundaries of TISD
