Welcome to the TISD Facility Use page. Here you can find information regarding facility usage. Please use the documents below to request access to a TISD facility.

Tomball ISD is transitioning from to Brightly Event Manager (EvM), a new online facility scheduling system designed to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for both TISD staff and Community Partners.

Brightly Event Manager will officially go live on July 6, 2026. Once launched, our Community Partners will be able to:

• View facility availability through an online calendar
• Submit facility requests online
• Manage and track requests electronically
• Submit payments online

As part of this transition, new facility requests will be temporarily paused from May 15, 2026, through July 5, 2026. During this time, events cannot be submitted.

Please note
• Existing approved events will not be affected and will automatically transfer to the new platform
• Additional instructions and access information will be provided closer to launch
