Thank you for your interest in renting a Tomball ISD facility!
*Community Members can begin submitting events for the High School Auditoriums the third Monday in August.*
Tomball ISD uses Brightly Event Manager (EvM) for all community facility reservations. Through our online reservation system, you can submit facility requests, view facility availability, track the status of your request, receive email updates throughout the approval process, and make payments online.
Getting Started
- Visit Brightly Event Manager.
- Click Sign Up to create your account.
- Join your organization's existing account or create a new organization.
- Please create only one organization per group. If others need to submit requests, they should create their own account and request to join your existing organization.
- Submit your facility request.
A Few Helpful Reminders
- Reserving a space does not automatically schedule services. Be sure to select any Location, Features, and Services your event requires, such as Custodial, Extended Hours HVAC, AV Support, or Tables & Chairs.
- Your facility request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by Tomball ISD.
- If you're unsure which location or services to request, please reach out before submitting your request. I'm always happy to help.
