Tomball ISD Students Showcase Impressive Works of Art at Rodeo Art Show

TOMBALL — An array of art was on display at Tomball ISD’s Rodeo Art Show, highlighting student artists who recently competed in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Art Program. Exemplifying excellence in their specific art, eight students across six campuses earned Best of Show and Gold Medal honors.

In addition to these awarded pieces, and in an effort to promote the district’s talented student artists, Tomball ISD celebrated the work of over 500 student entries, in grades K-12, district-wide in a community-wide event at the Tomball Event Center.

The eight art pieces that earned Best of Show and/or a Gold Medal are on display in Houston awaiting the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR), but were featured digitally in Tomball ISD.

Tomball ISD received the maximum number of Gold Medal honors allowed by the HLSR.
