Please bear with us as the availability of some foods and services for school year 2024-2025  continue to be impacted due to staffing issues as well as periodic supply chain issues. We anticipate menus to remain subject to change for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The Tomball ISD Child Nutrition Department operates meal service under the federal guidelines of the following United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs: School Breakfast Program (SBP) and National School Lunch Program (NSLP): Healthy Hunger Free Act of 2010, the Child and Adult Care Feeding Program (CACFP), as well as the USDA Smart Snacks in Schools standards, and the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) 2021-2022 waiver.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
