Calling All Vendors!
You are invited to participate and reach out to over 1,000 TISD employees at our upcoming vendor fairs. The cost is only $250/table for all three vendor fairs. Reserve your space now, spaces go fast. Proceeds from the TISD Employee Vendor Fair will benefit the Tomball Education Foundation.

TISD EVENT VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, pending acceptance of the application. Vendors are not allowed to sub-let or share space without permission from the Tomball Independent School District (Host).

  2. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without Host’s written consent

  3. The vendor’s vending station shall be clean and orderly; and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  4. The vendor’s staff shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. This is a family-oriented event. We reserve the right to remove vendors who behave inappropriately. This includes all persons associated with the vendor. Please make sure all persons helping at your booth are acting in a family-friendly manner.

  5. We do not offer exclusivity for any products or services nor do we guarantee you will not be placed near a competitor. Your products and/or services are not endorsed by Tomball Independent School District or any of its affiliations.

  6. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by the vendor’s staff at the location.

  7. The vendor shall have access to the location until the Event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. The vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before the Vendor occupied it.

  8. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind.

  9. Additional information, rules, and regulations may be added as deemed necessary by the Tomball Independent School District. Vendors and participants will be notified of any changes or additions.

WEATHER POLICY

In the case of inclement weather, the Tomball Independent School District will follow the Inclement Weather Contingency Plan. The Tomball Independent School District is not responsible for losses due to inclement weather but vendors will be allowed to leave.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. No call/no show may result in being omitted from future events.

  • Exhibitor will be responsible for setting up their display and for removing all items at the close of the fair.
  • NOTE: vendors cannot sell the following insurances due to Tomball ISD non-compete contracts: life, medical, dental, health, disability, vision, cancer care, identity theft, critical illness, accident plans.
  • Exhibits will be open to Tomball ISD employees at 7:00 am and will close at 2:00 pm. Please plan to have a representative on-site at all times.
  • Electrical outlets are limited and may be requested according to booth space. There are no guarantees your request will be able to be met.
  • Tomball ISD reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor determined to be in violation of Tomball ISD School Board Policy

In consideration for the acceptance of my applications as a vendor at the TISD Employee Vendor Fair, I and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and forever discharge the Tomball Independent School District, its employees, officers, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from any and all claims, damages of every type, cause of action, costs of attorneys, and interest which now exists or hereafter arising out of or related to acts or omissions of myself or the Tomball Independent School District or any of its employees, officers, volunteers, agents or sponsors during my participation as a vendor at the TISD Employee Vendor Fair.
