Fine Arts Advocacy
Often, the general public in America (and the world!) have misconceptions about the value of an education rich in the arts. There is no question that a well rounded student that has a natural curiosity and a sense of creativity is better prepared to enter the competitive, global job market. However, there are some in our state that believe that the arts are a frill or a luxury. When encountering such misguided thinking, having a short and accurate rebuttal can be critical.
