    Endorsements

    Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs offer a sequence of courses that provide students with coherent and rigorous content. CTE content is aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for further education and careers in current or emerging professions.

    Career Clusters

    A career cluster is a group of careers that share common themes. There are fourteen (14) Texas-identified career clusters that are aligned with the three (3) endorsement categories. Tomball ISD offers thirteen (13) career clusters, encompassing twenty-eight specialized programs of study, as listed below.

    A pathway or Program of Study is a coherent sequence of courses that fosters progressive growth in knowledge and skills development. These Programs of Study are further enriched by a strategic collaboration with their corresponding business community.
