Teacher Compensation

Starting salaries for teachers for the 2009-2010 school year begin at $46,100. Salary supplements are paid to teachers with additional duties. The master's degree stipend is $1000. New teachers work a 192 day calendar, and all other teachers work 187 days.


2009 Accountability Ratings
Accountability ratings are based on Attendance, Drop Out and Graduation Rates, and state test scores for all students and for sub-populations such as economically disadvantaged students.  Each campus continues to show gains in state test scores over previous years.
