Business Services accounts for the overall daily financial activities of the District.   If you are interested in specific information on the various departments comprising the Business Services of Tomball ISD, they are:


Finance  to view budget information, financial reports, awards and recognition, a who to call list, and a listing of upcoming releases or public hearings on financial matters.                     

Accounts Payable to view the procedures manual for payment of vendors and employee reimbursements, and a check register listing of those vendors paid and employee reimbursements.

Purchasing to view the procedures manual, approved vendors, requistion and purchase order processing, current bids and proposals, bid calendar, cooperative purchasing program, etc.

Payroll to view the procedures manual, various payroll forms, and the pay calendar for the year.

Activity Funds to view the procedures manual for handling funds at the campus level.

Who To Call  list gives the names of individuals within the departments and their responsibilities.

Currently Tomball ISD has a bond rating of AA- from both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Rating  Service.
