Tomball Intermediate School News……
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are new to TISD and are residing with family or friends, you MUST obtain an Affadavit of Residency. Please call 281.357.3100 x279 to schedule an appointment with Jimmie Shaw at our Central Office. We will not be able to register your child until you are given an Affadavit of Residency.
Documents needed to register your child:
1. Proof of residency (electricity bill, gas bill, etc.) or Affadavit of Residency
2. Child’s birth certificate
3. Child’s social security card
4. Driver’s License
5. Shot records
We will not be able to register your child without the documents listed above. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please remember that you must have your driver’s license with you to pick up your child early from school. This is a safety measure that has been implemented throughout the entire district. Also, if you ask someone else to pick up your child, they must be on the student release sheet. Again, this is for your child’s safety. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation!
SCHOOL STARTS AT 7:25 AND ENDS AT 2:35 DAILY.
Students are allowed in the building beginning at 7:00 a.m. Staff is not on duty until 7:00 a.m., consequently there is no supervision for students prior to that time.
Car riders are dropped off and picked up in the front of the school. New traffic flow patterns will help to ease congestion in the car rider line. TIS staff members will continue to monitor and escort students to their vehicles. Parents must stay in their vehicles and wait for their students.
