I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the Tomball community as principal of Tomball Intermediate School. As your principal, it is my goal for all students, parents, community members, and staff to become an active part of our "Cougar Pride" family at T.I.S.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Houston, then obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, with a Reading Specialist Certification from The University of St. Thomas.
I have over twenty four years of experience as a teacher and administrator. Since coming to Tomball ISD, I have taught third grade, 3/4 Mixed Age, and fifth grade at Tomball Elementary and Tomball Intermediate Schools. I have also served as an Assistant Principal at Tomball Junior High School.
You can often find me in the middle of students, helping with homework, resolving daily challenges, and continually bragging on the successful accomplishments of all our students and staff.
At Tomball Intermediate School, we truly believe "Kids Come First!"

Please remember that you must have your driver’s license with you to pick up your child early from school. This is a safety measure that has been implemented throughout the entire district. SCHOOL STARTS AT 7:25 AND ENDS AT 2:35 DAILY.
Students are allowed in the building beginning at 7:00 a.m. Staff is not on duty until 7:00 a.m., consequently there is no supervision for students prior to that time.
Car riders are dropped off and picked up in the front of the school. New traffic flow patterns will help to ease congestion in the car rider line. TIS staff members will continue to monitor and escort students to their vehicles. Parents must stay in their vehicles and wait for their students.
