New weight rooms will be constructed at Tomball and Willow Wood Junior High Schools. Also, bus and staff parking will be added to the Transportation Facility with additional space to accommodate drivers.

Renovation and reconstruction projects are planned to be completed at various campuses. Lakewood and Decker Prairie Elementary Schools will receive renovations to the front administration area and the cafeteria/kitchen. Timber Creek and Creekside Forest Elementary Schools will receive minor renovations to accommodate the new K-5 grade configuration for the elementary schools in The Woodlands. Traffic patterns at Northpointe Intermediate and Tomball Junior High Schools will be reviewed with steps taken to relieve traffic congestion. Bond 2013 will also provide for the construction of security vestibules at campuses that do not have them.
